How to change password to your Tattoo Home Router Model H5001NS

It's been quite a long time since my last post here. It just so happened that we can't control everything that happen in our daily lives. But anyway, life must go on no matter what.

Nowadays, most Philippine households depend on routers to access the Internet except for those who are comfortable with their pocket WiFi's or SMS network services that give them free Internet access.

This guide is applicable only to Tattoo Home Router Model H5001NS. It is not a guarantee to be used to other models, but might be of a help in its simplest way,

First, you need to access http://192.168.254.254/

The page will display the information of the System, DSL status, the LAN, WAN and WAN IPV6 configuration.

Click Setup button after which a pop-up will prompt you to access the site using your account name and password.

Normally, the default accounts applied to the following:

Username: admin
Password: admin

If it doesn't work, try:

Username: admin
Password: password

And if the above does not work, try:

Usename: user
Password: user

After you successfully logged-in, click WLAN/Security and change the Pre-Shared Key then click the Apply Changes button. WLAN connection will re-start after 20 seconds.
