Congressman's son mauls jeepney driver during traffic altercation!
A sexagenarian jeepney driver was reportedly mauled by a son of a congressman over traffic altercation.The incident started after the jeepney driver allegedly refused to let the congressman's son pass in the middle of the road. Unfortunately, it was caught on video showing the congressman's son repeatedly punching the jeepney driver who was inside his jeepney together with his 9-year-old grandchild.
It was reported that the lawyer alighted from a vehicle belonging to a congressman having a license plate marked with the No. “8".
The report further stated that the lawmaker's son could not be controlled from throwing punches at the jeepney driver despite of the presence of three barangay tanods.
Both of them will file charges against each other and it was reported further that the national president of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) assured that they are ready to give legal support to the hapless driver.
