Megan Young: the Actress and the new Miss World Philippines 2013




Megan Young is a Fil-Am born in Alexandria, Virginia, United States.  This 23 year old alumna of ABS-CBN just recently bagged the Miss World Philippines 2013 title which was held at Solaire Resort & Casino, Parañaque City, Philippines, last August 18, 2013.

During the question and answer portion, Miss Young told the pageant hosts Carla Abellana and KC Montero:

"If I become Miss World Philippines, I would pour my heart and my soul into helping others, which is what Miss World is [all about]: beauty and giving,"

When Miss Young was asked what her hobbies are, she cleverly answered:

"Well, I know I may not look like it, but I'm a really avid video gamer. I love playing games. I'm an online gamer. I'm a beauty queen but I love my tech stuff,"
